Second Watch · SierraBravo on Target
Bring Me Your
Unchecked Boxes.

A free thirty-minute conversation about your church.

Not a sales call with a consultation attached. We go through the eight documents below, I tell you which gaps actually matter for a church your size and building, and you get a straight answer on what it would take to close them.

Eight Documents Every Church Should Have

Check off what your church already has. Whatever is left unchecked is what we'll spend the thirty minutes on. Most churches have two or three of these, and almost nobody has all eight — that's normal, and it's fixable.

0 of 8 checked — 8 to talk about.

What actually happens

Thirty Minutes, Three Parts

First 10 minutes

Your building, out loud

How many services, how many people, what the parking situation is, who's already helping on a Sunday, and what's happened before. Most of what matters comes out here.

Next 15

The honest gap list

We go down your unchecked boxes. I tell you which ones are genuinely urgent for a church your size and which ones can wait — and there are always some that can wait.

Last 5

What it would cost

A straight number, or a straight "you don't need me for that." Two or three things you can fix this month for free, whether or not you ever hire me.

The promise

You'll leave with something useful even if you never hire me.

Every church I walk gets at least two or three fixes that cost nothing — a door that shouldn't be propped, a light that's out, a greeter standing in the wrong place. If all you ever do is act on those, the thirty minutes paid for itself and I'm fine with that. I'd rather be the person you call in two years than the person you avoided.

What Building It Looks Like

Nothing gets decided on the consult. The three tiers at the bottom of this page are here so you know the shape of it before we talk, instead of wondering what the ask is going to be.

Three ways to build it

Pick the Tier That Fits Your Church

Every tier is billed annually and keeps your documents current as your building, your team, and Alabama law change. A plan nobody maintains is worse than no plan — it's documented notice of a risk you didn't address.

Tier 1

Foundation

$797/ year

Where most churches should start. You get a real written program and the professional walk-through behind it.

  • One professional on-site walk-through
  • All core documents built as structured templates
  • Risk assessment framework and field notes
  • Grant and tabletop templates with a facilitation guide
  • Documents kept current for the year

Tier 2

Grant-Ready

$1,597/ year

Everything in Foundation, plus the formal assessment grant programs actually require — and five trained people to go with it.

  • Everything in Foundation
  • Two professional walk-through days
  • Full formal risk assessment in FEMA NSGP format
  • Grant search and a submission-ready application package
  • 5 Second Watch training seats included

Tier 3

Full Deployment

Let's scope it

For multi-campus churches, attached schools or daycares, and congregations that need the whole thing built and run rather than handed over.

  • Everything in Grant-Ready
  • Documents fully populated — names, contacts and rosters done for you
  • Facilitated tabletop, live dry run, written after-action report
  • Training seats sized to your team
  • Priced to the actual scope of your campus
Scoped on the walk-through, quoted in writing

Not sure which one? That's what the free call is for — most churches walk in assuming Tier 3 and leave knowing Tier 1 covers them. Pick a time or call 256.404.7172.

SierraBravo on Target is a security planning and training service, not a law firm. Nothing on this page is legal advice. Every policy we build should be reviewed by the church's own attorney and insurance agent before adoption — we build the plan, your counsel approves it. Ala. Code § 6-5-336 shields an uncompensated volunteer acting in good faith; it does not shield the church.
