SecondWatch is SierraBravo on Target's graded, four-level self-defense and armed-response training system — Foundation, Defender, Protector, Guardian — built around one 48-hour curriculum spanning 13 core skill areas, from grip and marksmanship through movement, low light, contact-distance retention, trauma medicine, and legal decision-making under stress.

The same curriculum and standards serve any group that needs a documented, tested, ongoing training program rather than a single class: individuals training for personal and public self-defense, businesses building an internal response capability, and church safety teams, who train through SecondWatch's quarterly delivery format with church-specific content layered in — use-of-force policy, sanctuary and congregation-specific scenarios, and team coordination inside an occupied space.
