SierraBravo On Target, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is based in Alabama, United States, and provides firearms training, personal defense instruction, preparedness consulting, and related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services, or have the consent of a parent/guardian if under 18. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and are legally permitted to participate in the training or activities you register for.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws (including firearms laws).
  • Use our Services to harass, defraud, or cause harm to others.
  • Copy, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.

We reserve the right to deny or cancel Services to any person who fails to comply with these Terms.

4. Training, Safety & Waivers

Participation in firearms and self-defense training involves inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All participants must complete and sign our liability waiver prior to engaging in training. Failure to sign the waiver will result in denial of participation without refund.

You agree to follow all instructor guidance and safety rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate dismissal from the class without refund.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are subject to our cancellation policy, which may vary by course or event. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Payment Processing: Payments may be processed by third-party providers, and their terms will apply in addition to ours.

6. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us, including:

  • Emails with training updates, promotional offers, and newsletters.
  • SMS messages with reminders, urgent updates, or promotional offers.

You may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, videos, training materials, and logos, are owned by SierraBravo On Target, LLC or its partners (including Timberline Security Solutions). You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our materials without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Participation in firearms or defensive training is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SierraBravo On Target, LLC and its partners (including Timberline Security Solutions) are not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation in training.
  • Losses related to use or misuse of firearms or self-defense tools.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services is to discontinue use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and applicable U.S. federal law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alabama.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the new Terms.
